A survey of 33 buyers, 5 interviews, and 5 usability sessions pointed to the same three steps where Facebook Marketplace’s COD flow breaks trust: location, seller, and safety. Only those were redesigned.

My career started in quality audit. There, I learned that a good system comes from understanding the people who run it. I now bring that same principle to products.

I currently work as QA at an umrah travel company and as a coordinator for memorization classes. Two worlds that give me real problems to solve.
